wande Coal has revealed he would be working again soon with D'banj.
When asked if there was any truth to the rumours making rounds about him collaborating with D’banj sometime soon, the singer said “I mean, yeah,We’ve been friends for a while, you know, I was on the record label Mo’hits founded by D’banj and Don Jazzy, we still have that good relationship, we still call each other from time to time, say hello, what’s up, how’s your hustle, what’s going on, but this time, yeah, expect something official soon, you know,we’re just in the works right now, so yeah.’’
He also talked about the perception people had of him on parting ways with his former management and former record label, Mo’hits records to Up Front and Personal and Black Diamond Entertainment respectively.
The singer was in a recent interview with Factory78 in London, United Kingdom where he is set to headline a concert which would be his first since he dropped his sophomore album “Wanted” on October 26, 2015.

When asked how he felt when he eventually dropped his latest album after a long wait, the Black Diamond Entertainment artiste said he was happy with the response and how the fans were picking their favourite songs off the album, from ‘Superwoman’, to ‘Adura’, ‘Jelly’ and so on.
Speaking of ‘Superwoman’ whose video dropped recently, he was asked if one special superwoman inspired the song, “I just inspire people,  I wrote the song based on the fact that people know Wande Coal for R&B ballad, and was just trying to bring back that ballad side of Wande Coal because I switched from ballad to Hip-hop, to being the guy the jumpy songs like ‘Rotate’, ‘Baby hello’ and then coming back to R&B, so that’s why I did that, and you know, you always have a superwoman, everybody has a superwoman, so that’s why I did that,” the gifted singer said.

On why it took so long to drop the album, Wande said he was working hard to perfect the music, criticizing the production and sound, and re-producing the sound repeatedly, and ultimately gave the album the name ‘’Wanted” when it was ready to drop given the high anticipation by his fans.
On his plans for 2016, he plans to collaborate with East African artists, promote his album more by releasing more videos to some of the songs such as ‘Monster’ and ‘Jelly’.
